EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years

REQUIREMENTS: We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our data engineering team and help build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines that power healthcare analytics for our clients. You'll work closely with senior engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
  • Build modular, reusable, and optimized SQL models.
  • Create staging, intermediate, and mart layers following dbt best practices.
  • Implement dbt tests, documentation, and data quality checks.
  • Optimize query performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to deliver business requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud).
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with Snowflake.
  • Understanding of ELT, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

  • Python
  • Airflow or other orchestration tools.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data quality
  • Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
